According to European law, items purchased online are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to proceed with a return, you may do so at your own expense, provided that the item(s) are in new, unused condition, complete with their original tags and packaging. Mohair pieces should only be dry cleaned by a specialist textile cleaner

Wool rugs, blankets and large cushions can be shaken outside and laid out in direct sunlight for half an hour to soak up the natural sanitizing qualities of the ultraviolet rays. Alternatively, these pieces can be dry cleaned by a specialist textile cleaner

The artisanal techniques used to make many of these pieces include washing and brushing in rivers, it’s possible for small twigs and leaves to get caught in the fibres. Hand dyed and hand crafted pieces may have irregularities in colour and composition, this is part of what makes each piece special
