Echoing the braids of the dynamic Rangitātā river that traverses the South Island of New Zealand. These heirloom blankets with hand twisted tassels are produced by a family owned textile factory that was founded in Spain in the 1930’s. Washed, dyed, brushed and hand-loomed, artisanal processes and techniques of this region dating back to the 15th century are preserved in harmony and respect for the environment.
